THE FREE ADVICE GUYS
“Even in a city of millions, sometimes people need someone to talk with.”
Every afternoon the Free Advice Guys can be found somewhere in New York City to offer advice to anyone who asks. This service is offered simply because the Free Advice Guys enjoy talking with people. The people they help, in turn, enjoy and appreciate the advice, especially in a fast-paced and sometimes impersonal city like New York.
Originally started by two brothers hoping to offer a friendly ear to anyone who was willing to share, the creation of the Free Advice Guys has inspired others to set up their own “free advice stations” in their own community. This development has fostered a sense of compassion and understanding on the streets of New York where they continue to spread happiness at variou locations in Brooklyn and Manhattan.
